ADVANCED ANALYSIS / TEST

Precondition

Precondition (Water Sensitivity Level Test)

  • It is conducted to simulate the surrounding environment of the package from the time the package is manufactured until it is attached to the substrate.
Testing applied to plastic package products, such as handling and storing products in the manufacturer's manufacturing process, environmental testing related to shipping capability, and modeling the environment to implement the customer's IC (such as Soldering Stress) are applied before THB, THS, T/C, PCT, and HAST testing.
